Alex Holm Jensen

Alex Holm Jensen is chairman and shareholder of the integrated dairy company Danmoz and Clifton Meadows Mozambique.

He was one of four Danish founders of Danmoz in 2012 and has been active as investor and board member since establishment.

Alex has extensive commercial and financial experience including executive and board positions across several industries.

Today he is a co-owner of Systematic, the biggest privately-owned software company in Denmark and active as a business angel with investments in companies in Denmark, France, Zambia and Mozambique. Some of the investments have a social impact background but all with the aim of becoming financial self-sustainable.

Alex holds a Master’s degree in Business and Finance from the University of Aarhus.


Ross Kietzmann is a board member and shareholder of the integrated dairy company Danmoz and Clifton Meadows Mozambique.

In 2015, he founded Clifton Meadows Mozambique (CMM) which is the farming component of the company.

In addition Ross manages his family owned dairy farm of 1000 milking cows outside Port Elizabeth, South Africa since 2010. He currently serves as a director of the Coega Dairy which is South Africa’s 3rd largest Dairy by volume.

Previously he has worked for the Southwestern Co in Nashville, USA (2004 – 2007) as well as Edinburgh Consulting firm 9 Dots (2007-2010).

Ross holds a BSc in Chemistry and Soil Science from Stellenbosch University as well as an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.  


Mark Wilmot is a third generation dairy farmer with 33 years dairy and processing experience. He has a love and passion for the dairy industry. Mark believes in a hands on approach.  He works closely with colleagues and staff to produce the highest quality milk and processes this into the world class dairy products at Danmoz.

Mark’s attention to detail, hard work and dedication are some of the traits which ensures Danmoz’s success. Mark’s personality and ability to motivate staff creates a dynamic and inspiring workplace, where team members feel valued and understand the importance of each role.


Anelle Wilmot is the Sales Director at Danmoz Lda.  She believes in delivering a quality product and service to our customers.  She is a passionate people’s person and believes in understanding customer needs and exceeding customer expectations.  Anelle is dynamic and inspires her team to operate at optimal levels. She drives new development and market growth.

Her motto is –

“Start by doing what’s necessary, then what’s possible, and suddenly you will be doing the impossible”.


Terence Munemo is the Factory Manager for DanMozLda.  He is a passionate Food Technologist with 15 years of experience in the food & beverage manufacturing industry.

Terence’s career has afforded him experience in organizational leadership skills. These include but are not limited to managing, developing & motivating teams to achieve set quality objectives. He has a sound background in quality management, production management, quality assurance standards, regulations & legislation affecting the quality management and food safety management systems.

Terence previously worked for Zimbabwe Trade Exchange, Dairibord Zimbabwe Private Ltd and Colcom Foods Ltd as either factory manager or quality controller.

Terence holds a Higher National Diploma in Food Science Technology and Certificates in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 and Food safety management system, ISO 22000:2018.


Tendai Ganagana is the Maintenance Workshop Manager.  He is responsible for all repairs and maintenance work relating to the factory plant and equipment, vehicles and site management.

He joined Danmoz Dairy organization in May 2015.

Tendai previously worked for United Mission (UNAMID) in Sudan (2009 – 2013) as Maintenance Supervisor, Imperial Motors (Motor Centre) in Zimbabwe (July 2014- Apr 2015) as Maintenance Coordinator and North Safety Product(James North Zimbabwe (1999 -2008) as Engineering Foreman.

Tendai holds a Diploma (Class 1) Electrical Power Engineering from Harare Institute of Technology (HIT), an Advanced Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering from Msasa Vocational Technical Institute and is currently studying towards a BSc Operations Management from Atlantic International University.


Ondela Voorslag

Ondela is the Clifton Meadows Farm manager. He is responsible for the day to day operation and care of the 600 strong Jersey herd.

Previously Ondela was an assistant manager for Clifton Meadows South Africa (2010 – 2017) where he oversaw nutrition balancing, pasture management, cow health, AI and calf rearing for a 1700 cow herd.

He holds a certificate in Artificial Insemination and Pasture Management.


Michella dos Santos Areosa Grema, is the Depot Manager for the Beira corridor. She was promoted to this position in 2014; after starting out at DanMoz in 2012 as an assistant administrator. 

Michella started her career in sales and marketing for Time Tec Mozambique (2003-2007) as an admin and marketing representative. Among her co-workers she always was on top of her game and became known as the lady who can sell sand in the desert.

In 2008-2010 she entrepreneured Computer and Copier where she was the co-owner and worked in admin and marketing. She assisted the company to secure orders for its Just-in-time supplies.

Michella has a pssion and drive second to none. She is a great asset to the team.


Ana Carlota is the sales representative for Manica Province. She started in 2015, as a Finance and Administration assistant. Her great love for people has seen her progress into Sales.

Ana previously worked at GFA / GIZPRO-ECON in Beira as Executive Secretary, GFA / GIZPRO-ECON in Beira as Executive Secretary and at Glamor Lda as Sales promoter and Administration Assistant.

In 2014 he graduated from the Pedagogical University of Mozambique with a degree in Environmental Management and Planning for Community Development.


I am Daniel Struweg. I am a South African working in Mozambique for 21 years.

I am a qualified accountant. I am with Danmoz from March 2022.
